Unitards, a locally filmed movie, is now playing at select theaters! We held a giveaway for one lucky Enjoy Utah! follower, and Dianne Madsen won a pack of tickets to take her family to the premier. She had this to say about the movie:

"Hello! I just had to tell you what a fantastic time we had at Unitards!  We got there about an hour early and were able to get great seats.  The show was so much fun, very entertaining and we totally fell in love with all the characters.  The music was amazing too.  After the show we got to meet the actors.  They handed out t-shirts and we had the actors sign them.  The whole night was so much fun and our teenagers just LOVED it!  I just had to thank you again since you were the one that had the contest on your website and the one who delivered our tickets.  It was a night we will definitely remember!
Thanks again!" - Dianne

As you know, Tiffany & Co. is coming to Salt Lake City on March 21, 2012. This is a unique time for Salt Lake City to welcome Tiffany & Co. since this year marks the company's 175th anniversary and will be celebrating it with Utah at its grand opening. A new 2012 collection will be coming out in March to coincide with the 175th anniversary of Tiffany & Co.

Celebs Jessica Biel and Natalie Portman radiated glamour in Tiffany & Co. jewelry and accessories at the 2012 Golden Globe® Awards in Los Angeles January 15, 2012. Natalie Portman held a Tiffany Morgan clutch while Jessica Biel wore Tiffany stud earrings, opera-length necklace and rings.

The Tiffany Blue is an iconic symbol of Tiffany & Co. The famous blue, described as forget-me-not blue and robin's egg blue was chosen because of the popularity of the turquoise gemstone in 19th century jewelry. The color was adopted to use on Tiffany boxes and shopping bags. The shade of blue has made the Tiffany Blue Box an international icon signifying the excellence of all Tiffany & Co. designs. In only two more months, Utah shoppers will get the chance to have an iconic Tiffany Blue Box in their hands!

STAY TUNED to Enjoy Utah! as we countdown to the grand opening in March!

Where were you on June 16th, 1995, when the announcement came that "The International Olympic Committee has decided we will award the delegation of the 19th Olympic Winter Games in two thousand and two, to the city of Salt Lake City"? I was in high school and working at McDonalds at the time of the announcement, and a friend of mine came in to tell me that Salt Lake City was getting the olympics!

A great way to remember the Olympics is to visit each venue that events were held at. Use this fun game to complete challenges as you visit each venue.

Bakery Street

If you are a lover of good food, then Bakery Street is the place for you! Located in Salt Lake City at 1370 So. State Street, it is across from the Salt Lake Community College South Campus.

They specialize in South American food. My favorite is the coxinhas (coo-shene-yas) from Brazil. They have a breaded outer shell with shredded chicken and filling inside. It is one of our family's favorite dishes there. My kids also like the raviolis and gnocchi.

Their variety of goodies and baked goods are exceptional.
